Each Townhouse type unit contains 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a living room and kitchen on the ground level. The bedrooms and the living room are fully air conditioned. Each unit has under cover car park and its own laundry room with washing machine/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware necessary for a perfectly cooked meal. The private balcony is perfect to relax and enjoy the sea view.
Longer stays (1-3 months) available at $850 per week. The rate includes Wi-Fi and electricity. Cleaning and linen change services available at extra cost for long stays. Please enquire directly with the property in the number provided at the bottom of the page.

The apartment consists of four large bright bedrooms with a magnificent balcony, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living room with a 55' smart TV. This exclusive apartment is located at an ideal location on the first floor of the building. This newly renovated, fully furnished apartment sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms. Two queen beds and two twin single beds are available. Sheets, blankets and linen are included. There are two full bathrooms in the apartment, one ensuite and one common. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, induction stove, microwave, oven and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food. The huge balcony offers incredible ocean and pool views perfect for watching the sunrise and relaxing in the evening. It is always clean, disinfected and prepared with all amenities for the guests to enjoy their stay and to feel comfortable. The most interesting places in Townsville are only a short walk away from the apartment
Booking Policies
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT HOURS
Normal check-in is at 3pm and check-out is and 10am.
Office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week. Guests are required to advise office before 5:00 pm on arrival day to make arrangements for late check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable. If there is an EXTREME circumstance as to why you need to cancel, a refund may be considered at the discretion of the management. Minimum of 48 hours’ notice required for cancellations or full amount of booking will be charged if apartment is not re-let. Please ensure that you have researched the property prior to making your booking.
